Preparing your FREE PAPER abstract

• Abstract for free paper presentation can be written as case reports, research reports or literature review
• Abstract must be original and must not be or have been published at any other meeting prior to this meeting
• Abstract is written in English
• Please write the abstract in MS-Word format.
• The abstract must have following section:
  1. Title: Please use brief title that describes your study. The complete title should be capitalized with maximum 30 words. Please do not use abbreviation in the title
  2. Authors: Please write the name and surname of each author. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
  3. Affiliation: Please list each authors department, institution, and country
  4. Body: Text abstract should not exceed 300 words (not include the title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
     Abstract text section should consist these elements:
     Case reports:
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Case Reports
     3. Discussion
     4. Conclusion
     Research reports:
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Methods
     3. Result
     4. Conclusion
     Literature reviews:
     1. Learning objectives
     2. Background
     3. Imaging findings OR Procedure detail
     4. Conclusion

Submitting abstract for FREE PAPER presentation

• Please send the abstract file through attachment via email to pitperami@gmail.com and secretary.pit@perami.org no later than 30 June 2026
• The file name should be: First author_ Free Paper Abstract (Listed below).
  Example: Thariqah Salamah_Free Paper Abstract
• The selected abstracts will be acknowledged by email on 15 July 2026
• There will be free registration reimbursement for the best 3 free papers. Reimbursement will be done after the winner announcement.
• The best three free papers will be honored to present their papers on the seminar session.

Preparing your FREE PAPER fulltext submission

1. A full text should be submitted no later than 1 August 2026 to the committee via email pitperami@gmail.com and secretary.pit@perami.org
2. Article is written in Indonesian Language, no more than 10 pages. It must be type in Microsoft Word, A4 paper size, using Times New Roman size 12, double space, justified.
3. We accept MS-Word format.
4. A properly submitted full text for case report/research article/literature review will include the following elements:
   Case reports :
   1. Background/Introduction
   2. Case Reports
   3. Discussion
   4. Conclusion
   5. References
   Research reports :
   1. Background/Introduction
   2. Methods
   3. Result
   4. Conclusion
   Literature reviews :
   1. Learning objectives

   3. Imaging findings OR Procedure detail
   4. Conclusion
   5. References
5. Selected free papers will be presented in the free paper session.
6. The judging process of the free paper presentation is based on the full text and the presentation.

Preparing your FREE PAPER ORAL PRESENTATION

1. Duration of each presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes for question and answer.
2. Please prepare the presentation as power point slide. First page should contain title of the study, authors and affiliations and reachable email contact.
3. A case report free paper presentation should be consisted of: background/ introduction, case reports, discussion, conclusion and references, written in English.
4. A research free paper presentation should consist of: background/ introduction, objective, method, result, conclusion and references, written in English.
5. A literature review should consist of learning objectives, background, imaging findings OR procedure details, conclusion and references.
6. The topic may be presented through text, supplemented by charts, descriptive material, graphs, pictures, etc.
7. Display should not show images or markings that could identify the patient.
8. Presentation slides should be collected via email to the committee not later than 15 August 2026
9. The date and time of online oral presentation will be announced later.
