Key dates for ePoster:

Preparing your e-POSTER abstract :

• Abstract for ePoster can be written as case reports, research reports or literature reviews.
• Abstract for ePoster can be written as case reports, research reports or literature reviews
• Abstract is written and presented in English
• Please write the abstract in MS-Word format.
• The abstract must have following section:
  1. Title: Please use brief title that describes your study. The complete title should be capitalized with maximum 30 words. Please do not use abbreviation in the title
  2. Authors: Please write the name and surname of each author. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
  3. Affiliation: Please list each authors department, institution, and country
  4. Body: Abstract should not exceed 300 words (not include the title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
     For case reports should be divided into :
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Case Reports
     3. Discussion
     4. Conclusion
     For researchs should be divided into :
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Methods
     3. Result
     4. Conclusion
     For literature review should be divided into:
     1. Learning objectives
     2. Background
     3. Imaging findings OR Procedure detail
     4. Conclusion
  5. Keywords: A minimum of 3 keywords must be provided.

Submitting e-POSTER abstract :

• Please send the abstract file through attachment via email to pitperami@gmail.com and secretary.pit@perami.org no later than 30 June 2026
• The file name should be: First author Abstract (Listed below)_Poster Abstract
  Example: Thariqah Salamah_Poster Abstract
• The scientific committee will inform authors of the acceptance status of the submitted abstracts by email.
• The selected abstracts will be acknowledged by email on 15 July 2026
• There will be free registration reimbursement for the best 3 e-Posters. Reimbursement will be done after the winner announcement.

Preparing your e-Poster presentation:

• Please prepare in e-poster format as power point slides, maximum 20 slides (including title).
• First page should contain title of the study, authors and affiliations and reachable email contact.
• The second page should contain title only, without identity of the author or the affiliation.
• If adding a header or footer on each slide, it should not contain author names or their affiliations.
• ePoster displays should not show images or markings that could identify the patient
• A case report poster presentation should consist of: background/introduction, case reports, discussion, conclusion and references, written in English.
• A research poster presentation should consist of: background/introduction, objective, method, result, conclusion and references, written in English.
• A literature review should consist of: Learning objectives, background, imaging findings OR procedure detail, conclusion, references, written in English.
• The topic may be presented through text, supplemented by charts, descriptive material, graphs, pictures, etc.
• Power point slides presentations should be sent to the committee via e-mail pitperami@gmail.com or secretary.pit@perami.org no later than 1 August 2026.
• Any changes after power point submission is not acceptable.
• Poster judging will be announced later.
