CALL FOR ePOSTER

The lndonesian Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (PERAMI) in conjunction with the lndonesian Society of Radiology is accentuating the scientific value of the 13th Annual Scientific Meeting. We invite you to submit your abstract in e-Poster and online Free Paper Presentation. The best e-Poster and Free Paper Presentation will be rewarded.

The committee welcomes the abstract of e-Poster presentation from radiologist, radiology residents or general practitioner. Only abstracts submitted through online system will be accepted. We are looking forward to your abstract submission.

Key dates for ePoster :

Preparing your e-POSTER abstract :

• Abstract for e-Poster can be written as case reports, research reports or literature reviews.
• Abstract must be original and must not be or have been published at any other meeting prior to this meeting
• Abstract is written and presented in English
• Please write the abstract in MS-Word format.
• The abstract must have following section:
  1. Title: Please use brief title that describes your study. The complete title should be capitalized with maximum 30 words. Please do not use abbreviation in the title
  2. Authors: Please write the name and surname of each author. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
  3. Affiliation: Please list each authors department, institution, and country
  4. Body: Abstract should not exceed 300 words (not include the title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
     For case reports should be divided into :
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Case Reports
     3. Discussion
     4. Conclusion
     For researchs should be divided into :
     1. Background/Introduction
     2. Methods
     3. Result
     4. Conclusion
     For literature review should be divided into:
     1. Learning objectives
     2. Background
     3. Imaging findings OR Procedure detail
     4. Conclusion
  5. Keywords: A minimum of 3 keywords must be provided.

Submitting e-POSTER abstract :

• Please send the abstract file through attachment via email to pitperami@gmail.com and secretary.pit@perami.org no later than 30 June 2025
• The file name should be: First author Abstract (Listed below)_Poster Abstract
  Example: Thariqah Salamah_Poster Abstract
• The scientific committee will inform authors of the acceptance status of the submitted abstracts by email.
• The selected abstracts will be acknowledged by email on 15 July 2025
• There will be free registration reimbursement for the best 3 e-Posters. Reimbursement will be done after the winner announcement.

Preparing your e-POSTER fulltext submission

1. Please submit the full text no later than 31 August 2025 to the committee via email pitperami@gmail.com and secretary.pit@perami.org
   A late submission will not be accepted.
2. Article is written in Indonesian Language, no more than 10 pages. It must be type in Microsoft Word, A4 paper size, using Times New Roman size 12, double space, justified.
3. A properly submitted full text for case report / research article/ literature review will include the following elements:
   Case report :
   1. Background/Introduction
   2. Case Reports
   3. Discussion
   4. Conclusion
   5. References
   Research :
   1. Background/Introduction
   2. Methods
   3. Result
   4. Conclusion
   Literature review :
   1. Learning objectives

4. Selected free papers will be presented in the free paper session.
5. The judging process of the free paper presentation is based on the full text and the presentation.

Preparing your e-Poster presentation:

We are pleased to inform you that your abstract submission for E-poster PIT PERAMI 2025 has been accepted. To ensure that your poster meets the judgment criteria, please adhere to the following guidelines :

1. Submission deadline :
   • Fulltext should be submitted by August 15th, 2025
   • E-poster should be submitted by August 15th, 2025, and please follow the E-poster guidelines below.
2. E-poster guidelines :
   1. Dimension : design your e-poster in a 16 : 9 ratio, portrait orientation suitable for a 50-inch monitor
   2. Please use readable fonts
   3. Ensure picture and graphics are clearly labelled and described
   4. The e-poster should be written in ENGLISH
   5. e. E-poster format in JPEG file (max 25 MB)
   6. Please submit 2 types of e-poster :
      • 1 e-poster with complete authors name and affiliation, that will be display electronically during the PIT PERAMI event
      • 1 e-poster with blind identity that will be assessed by the e-poster judges:
        NO authors name, affiliation, or the hospital /institution. If the e-poster contains mention about institution’s name, it should be replace by XXX. Example: Patient was performed x-ray examination in Hospital XXX.
        For the objectivity of judgment process, please noticed if in this blind e-poster still contain authors or institution identity, the poster will be excluded from the judgment process.
